TRADE MARKS

The main function of a trademark is to distinguish the goods or services or services offered by a distributor from those of other distributors. Thus, a trademark not only identifies a merchant, but also tells consumers that the goods or services bearing the trademark come from a single source, distinct from all other sources of those goods or services. It is therefore an important component of any business.
